The quest for love can be a rocky road, but Charity is determined to live her dreams and a couple of wrong turns aren't going to make her lose hope. This is a fairy tale of hopefully-ever-afters for a girl who keeps on trying, even when every day is "one of those days" and princes are more often frogs.

Evenings: May 6, 7, 8, 13, 14, 15, 20, and 21 at 8:00pm.
Matinees: May 9, 16, and 22 at 2:00pm.

Ticket Deals:
Mother's Day Special: Buy one ticket for Mother's Day (Sunday, May 9) and get a second ticket for someone with a mother for free! Enter the coupon code "MOTHER" when ordering online.

Take the Sweet Charity Challenge!

Make a donation to your favourite charity (it doesn't have to be us - although it could be!) and then send an email to smt_publicity@theatrescarborough.com and tell us what charity you supported and why.
We'll post a list of all of the charities and links to their websites here on this page. If we could all do a little bit to help a charity, that would be sweet!

We would like to thank the many people who have made a donation to Scarborough Music Theatre:

John Aman, David Barkin, Janal Bechtold, Jaime Brown, Karen Brown, Rich Burdett, Jerry Chadwick, Ann and Rob Ewan, Jeanne Fairweather, Lynette Fairweather, Jennifer Garde, Judy Gibson, John and Susan Goddard, Chris Hardess, Heather Hyslop, Bruce and Susan Jackson, Michael Jones, Sheri Kowalski, George and Janice Metzger, Lisa Metzger, John L. Monczka, Steve Negovanlis, Kristi Woods-Nogal and Raph Nogal, Dot Routledge, Fabio Saposnik, Jason Silzer, Rhoda Silzer, Elspeth Simpson, Amanda Sinclair, Mitchel Smith, Renee Stein, The Fontaine-Trister Family, Catherine Uy, Natashia Wynter

We would also like to thank the people who have suggested the following charities:
Sleeping Children Around The World: Sleeping Children Around the World (SCAW) donations provide bedkits to children of any race and/or religion who will benefit the most; typically being located in underdeveloped and developing countries. Since its founding by Murray and Margaret Dryden in 1970, SCAW has raised over $20 million to provide bedkits for over 900,000 children in 33 countries.
Young Artists for Haiti: More than 50 of Canada's brightest, emerging young stars gathered to record a song in an effort to help Haiti. All proceeds will go to Free The Children, War Child Canada and World Vision.
Can't Stop The Serenity: Worldwide charity screenings of Serenity in support of Equality Now. "There are two ways to fight a battle like ours. One is to whisper in the ear of the masses, try subtlety and gradually to change the gender expectations and mythic structures of our culture. That’s me. The other is to step up and confront the thousands of atrocities that are taking place around the world on an immediate, one-by-one basis. That’s a great deal harder, and that’s Equality Now. It’s not about politics; it’s about basic human decency." - Joss Whedon
